Sent to me from Andrey's mom just before Andrey's passing on. I still have it hung here in memory and a reminder of what our shared vision was about. It gives me courage to keep pushing no matter the bush back. Faith plays in it so much as to what is possible against these dark times, of which the light still glimmers through the cracks in the walls. Making the world at peace without the need to profit off of treating the poisoning of the people was while a direction I was already in also was reinforced by Andrey's dedicated focus on research. Something that could have supplemented towards a powerful solution in this proverbial game of pawns on the chess board when the board is tilted towards someone else gain. I remember we both laughed uncontrollably when the expression uttered out of me "The shortest distance between two points is no fun," a statement implying that we need to focus on not efficiency or power: the focus should be on quality of life. The stuff that makes us human.

Andrey was a good friend to me. He was prolific in art and research.
We met during Occupy Chicago. Andrey reinforced in me the inner flame of doing good in this world. We had planned on filing FOIA requests together and pursuing justice. If not for Andrey I would not be as eager and courageous in the flight for humanity.
Andrey was a genius. The work that Andrey was inclined to do is left for others to complete.

The owner of this establishment was going to commission Andrey to produce artwork at this bar's entrance facade back in summer of 2016. Andrey was excited about it and even took me to the bar a couple times to meet with him the owner of the bar.
